The struggle of a clown who just wants to be loved. It might sound poetic, but it’s sincerely stupid.
After a spirited run at Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2023, Tonight! comes to Fresno. It’s a show where a man who doesn’t speak English tries everything he knows to get the only thing he wants. To be loved? Expect absurdity, eye contact, not much talking.

Andrea Barello is an Italian clown who for obscure reasons is based in Los Angeles, where he creates silly clown acts and occasionally teaches clown workshops. He’s part of the Highland Park Clowns ensemble. In 2023 he created Tonight!, his first clown solo show.
