Amy is an up-and-coming opera singer, torn between equal desires for career and family. She meets and falls in love with Luis just as her career is taking off, forcing her to make choices in situations she doesn’t know how to handle. Amy looks to her grandmother’s singing career during WW2 for answers. Are you still a singer if you have no stage? Can you be happy without a family?
