Event Series: The Biscuiteater

CANCELLED – The Biscuiteater

February 28 @ 8:00 pm - 8:55 pm

A rollicking, passionate solo show of storytelling and music in the American South, The Biscuiteater is a powerful piece about guns, death, and dignity. Drawing on his Southern childhood, Jim Loucks tells the story of a small-town policeman, based loosely on his Granddaddy, who is haunted by his shooting of a man in the line of duty. As he nears the end of his life, he seeks redemption through teaching his grandson to respect life and to respect himself.

Winner- “Best Solo Performance”- Tucson Fringe. From the solo performer who brought you the previous show Booger Red.
